Where can I buy Accord Plug-in at MSRP in San Diego?

I've done on my research and decided on buying an Accord Plug-in. ( Sorry Ford I like your Fussion's EV mileage of 21 but your 47/47 isn't accurate.)
I live in San Diego and will be ready to purchase one this July.
Can anyone recommend a San Diego dealer who sells at MSRP without an additional mark up?
When should I get on a waiting list if I plan to buy this July?
I appreciate any feedback.

You sure you want to wait? Are you getting it because of the green sticker?

As of Dec 31, 2013, out of the 40000 allotment, 28739 were already distributed.

I just got my green stickers this week, and they are numbered around 33100's.

At this rate, the green stickers will probably run out before the summer.

I got my HOV decals on Saturday. Cut my commute time on the way home from 1.5-2 hours down to 30-45 minutes!
