Accord plug in plastic wheel covers and alloy wheels

Under the plastic wheel cover of Accord plug in, there are are nice alloy wheels. Has anyone tried to remove the plastic wheel cover of Accord plug in?

here's a diagram of what it looks like.

Seems that the lugnuts hold the wheel cover and wheel to the hub. Too bad the wheel cover doesn't just pop off.
